PAL’s commitment to the Staten Island community can be seen throughout the year in the elementary, middle school, and summer day camp programs PAL offers at the Michael J. Petrides School. These programs keep youth safe and engaged in skill-building activities under the mentorship of positive role models, including volunteer police officers. For close to twenty years PAL has worked closely with the Michael J. Petrides School and the 122nd precinct of the NYPD to serve approximately 200 youth each year.
