PAL’s commitment to the Hells’s Kitchen community can be seen year-round through Afterschool, Summer Day Camp and Teen Center programs PAL offers at its Duncan Center, which keep youth safe and engaged in skill-building activities under the mentorship of positive role models, including volunteer police officers. The Duncan Center opened in the late 1950’s and works closely with the 18th precinct of the NYPD. Duncan Center serves over 600 youth each year.
