PAL's committment to the Clifton & Stapleton community is evident year-round through it's School Based Programs that are free and provide academic enrichment, build self confidence, and engage youth in recommended levels of physical activity. The goal of PAL school based programs is to expand on the school day curricula via experiential learning and interactive activities. Our school based programs achieve positive impacts on New York City youth, as evidenced by improved school day attendance, enhanced engagement in the arts, improved fitness, and greater socialemotional skill development.
