PAL’s commitment to the East Tremont community can be seen year-round through Afterschool, Summer Day Camp and Teen Center programs PAL offers at its Webster Center, which keep youth safe and engaged in skill-building activities under the mentorship of positive role models, including volunteer police officers. The Webster Center opened in the late 1950’s and works closely with the 46th precinct of the NYPD. Webster Center serves over 860 youth each year.
